Old tiles can be preserved and look better by jet-washing them. We had a project like that where we did just that and you can see the result in this video.

The work included:
New membrane and new counter battens and new battens.
• New dry ridge system.
• New dry verge system.
• New facia boards and guttering.
• Old roof and ridge tiles. Any broken tiles will be replaced. Old tiles will be pressure washed prior to refitting.
• New skylight window on south facing side of main roof.
• Waste and old tiles disposal
